4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, after which delivery time depends on the courier service and delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Vevora Decor is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Products should be returned with their original packaging.
Damaged or improperly installed products may not qualify for return.
Custom-made or specially ordered products may be non-returnable.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable.

6. Product Warranty

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, lighting products are covered against eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty coverage does not normally include damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, electrical issues, modifications, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Customers should have electrical products installed by a qualified professional.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to use the Vevora Decor website only for lawful purposes.
